Observation

A staff person was observed grabbing and dragging two separate children by their arms. One of the children fell down as a result. The staff person also placed her finger very close to one child's face in an intimidating gesture. This was observed by one staff person directly. Video footage of this incident was also observed by the Center Director and LD/CPS Investigator. When this licensor interviewed the staff person, she did not deny that it occurred. This incident was self-reported by the Center Director. The staff person was placed on leave immediately and eventually her employment was terminated.
